Symmetry in Light and Darkness.

The K-2 group in Mystery Bay had been exploring symmetry in shapes and numbers, so we decided to explore symmetry in the studio. By establishing the Dividing Line, with partners, the students were able to place matching objects on either side to create a Symmetrical Drawing. And why not use the medium of light and darkness while we’re at it! Check out what we created!
